Through the years after Rhogar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rhogar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a grey collared shirt and red pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
