He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: 3'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Burgell and his spouse have recently divorced.
