Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Xappan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud
