Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
