History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Paelias was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and retire the richest man in the north
