History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shivering grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Shivering began to lead the lost caravan. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Fulbar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
