Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jabbie will drive conversation. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He now owns his own business.
