His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He has worked as a Fisher like his mother before him.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'7" when asserting himself. He has a very tight haircut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is an amazing painter.

History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Uthemar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
