History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Az-Rans never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions
