Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He very much looks the part of a Fletcher. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to be a guard again

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. Paggen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A true patriot, Mindartis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Mindartis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mason who has hired him part-time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.
