Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: Dûgza was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Dûgza alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Locksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
