Description: This dark-skinned male wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Einkil was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has moderate length auburn hair. He has brown eyes.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.
History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and expand his business

Description: He wears a white shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Senteq is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Senteq was taken on many hunting expeditions. Senteq liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'1" and wears professional attire. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and to unite with his brother
