His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Melech is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spy and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
