History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
