History: Ortegar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
