History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
