Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Howard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Howard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
