Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his bastard sword. His scarlet crest has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To protect his home; and wants his loneliness to end
