History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bertram has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
