Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
