Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Umpen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
