He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Adrik lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Thorpe and his spouse have recently divorced.
