History: Lucan was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Lucan took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
