History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: An older man who wears a fancy black suit, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Seebo took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
