Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
