Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is portly but not overly obese. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is short and golden. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears skinny pants and wears a white and brown robe with the hood down. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His ears are large.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Dalgal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
