History: Baz hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Ernest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ernest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
