History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: To be a Miller again; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is his passion
