Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is silver and very short. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Latbag hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Latbag reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His yellow fur has been sun bleached extensively. His ears are large.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Pelt was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Pelt and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Pelt discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Pelt fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wants his loneliness to end

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to find somewhere to settle down
