History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Therai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Therai. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a brown vest and prefers grey and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His lavender fur has been sun bleached extensively. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Serpent is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Serpent was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is a Bookbinder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Dain was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
