Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Zephan and his spouse have recently divorced.
