Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
