Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Umpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: He wears a tan tunic with red highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a green Stetson hat and green clothes. He has shaved his head bald. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Theren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and further expansion of business

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses like a well dressed Laborer does. His red hair is thinning but still full. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Alston hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern
