History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arumawann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: An older man who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his club with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, he is not a threatening figure. His long gray fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
