Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Arannis will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Arannis was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a interpreter and was forced into it by his family
