He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
