History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Moon was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shoemaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to unite with his sister
