Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is typically in his Marshal uniform. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He tends to wear a large green jacket, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'9" when asserting himself. His hair is blue and curly. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Astar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Revenge; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a pastel coat. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to share knowledge with the world
