He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He conceals his hand crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
