History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chad embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Tricking was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
