History: Born in the west to a Carter, Zed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Gardain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
