Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.
