Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Gifted from a young age, Skamos studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skamos grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skamos. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Merchant.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
