History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by drow. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
