History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shadow never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
