Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Faran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hobart fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
