History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oppleby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and gnomish compassion

Description: An older man who wears baggy green pantaloons and a grey scarf, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and grey robe with the hood down. His hair is short and red. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
