History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rimple embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Sammal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sammal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
