History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Thorin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thorin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Tailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
