Personality: Heian speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
